Hutchison, Lucille Rose (Tlustos) 92 years of age, passed away from complications of Alzheimer's Disease on August 6, 2011. Born in Dallas South Dakota, August 24, 1918. In her teen years, moved to Louisville, NE where she met and married Manford Hutchison in 1937 (now deceased). Resided in Louisville until 1969, then moved to Lincoln, NE where she became very active in her family's restaurant businesses. Survivors include 3 sons, Walter Hutchison, Ronald Hutchison – Wife Sue and Daughter Carrie, Glenn Hutchison- Wife Patty and their son David. She was very proud of her Great-Grandchildren: Kyle, Samantha, Amanda, and Lydia Duffy; Granddaughter Carrie and husband Kevin Duffy; and Grandson David Hutchison. She loved her many nieces and nephews who affectionately called her "Aunt Lou". Her family thanks Bickford Cottage for her loving and constant care.

Preceded in death by Parents Frank and Ester Rose (Main) Tlustos, brothers sisters and spouses Mabel and Henry Harold, Roy and Betty Tlustos, Charlie Tlustos, Donald and Ester Tlustos, Fern and Harold Hlavac, Irene and Ray mond Maguire and Walter's wife Margery.

Lucille was active in The First Methodist Church of Louisville, teaching Sunday School and Bible School. She worked as a doctor's assistant and dental assistant plus did assembly line work at Western Electric. She was a tireless worker in her family's many restaurants, often working 7 days per week and 12 or more hours per day. She spent many of her younger married years caring for the children of her six brothers and sisters plus several neighbors. Everyone loved her cooking which included sour crème peach pie and home-made chicken and noodles. For many of her wonderful dishes no recipe was required.

Lucille was a caring, industrious, loyal and loving mother, wife, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. She was one of the greatest of "The Greatest Generation".

Funeral Services will be at 10:30 A.M. on Thursday, August 11, 2011 at the First United Methodist Church, 222 Walnut Street, Louisville, NE, with burial at Riverview Cemetery, Louisville, NE. Memorials to the Families Direction.

Visitation will be Wednesday, August 10, 2011 from 1 P.M. until 9 P.M. with the family greeting friends from 6 P.M. until 8 P.M., all at the funeral home. The casket will be open at the church one hour before services.
