Obituary
Marjorie E. Stonebraker was born August 14, 1917, in Franklin County, Iowa, to William and Daisy (Juhl) Elphic. She died Monday, December 2, 2013, at the Independent House, in Lincoln, Nebraska, at the age of 96 years.
Marjorie married Harry Howard Stonebraker on June 21, 1936, in Galena, IL, and to this union they raised Jan William, Patricia, and Peggy. She was a member of First Christian Church, and various Welcome Wagon's and Bridge Clubs.
Marjorie is survived by her son Jan William and wife Janice Stonebraker, of Plattsmouth, NE, daughters Patricia (Larry) Ball, of Lincoln, NE, Peggy (Roger) Johnson, of West Des Moines, Iowa, 14 grandchildren, many great grandchildren, and friends.
Marjorie is preceded in Death by her parents William and Daisy Elphic, husband Harry Stonebraker, sisters Alberta Rosenvink, Irma Rosenvink, Lucille Ridenhour, brother Rex Elphic.
Funeral service will be Friday, December 6, 2013 at 2:00 P.M. at the First Christian Church, 304 Main Street, Louisville, Nebraska, with burial at Glendale Cemetery. Family suggest memorials to the Family for future designation.
Visitation will be Friday, December 6, 2013 from 12 noon until time of service at 2:00 P.M., at the Church.
