Marvin John Zeluf, age 62 of Omaha, NE formerly of Cedar Creek passed away at his home on Saturday December 14th, 2024.  He was born on Thursday, May 24th, 1962, in Omaha, Nebraska to Ralph M. and Opal B (Pace) Zeluf.

He spent his early years in Louisville, Nebraska, where he attended Louisville High School.  He later moved to Cedar Creek before retiring in Omaha.  With a strong work ethic,  Marvin drove semi's over the road and local dump trucks, and working as a steelworker. He was a proud member of the Iron Workers Union.

Marvin had a passion for the simple joys in life. He found solace in fishing, enjoyed working on cars, and took great pleasure in the nostalgia of old westerns and "The Andy Griffith Show." He loved spending quiet time around his house and was deeply interested in genealogy, tracing the roots of his family history.

He is survived by his children, Michael (Lyndi) Zeluf of Nebraska City, NE, Stephen (Olga) Zeluf of Omaha, NE, Nathan Zeluf of Greenwood, NE, and Katelynn (Josh Romero) Zeluf of Lawrence, KS. Marvin was a proud grandfather to Lillian Ballard, Mila Romero, and Kateryna S. He is also survived by his sister, Diann Lukowski of Lincoln, NE, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Marvin was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph Marvin Zeluf and Opal Beatrice Zeluf, and his siblings, Pattie Gillott, Beverly Kleager, Joan Totusek, Donna Nystrom, and Michael Zeluf.

A Celebration of Life Gathering to honor Marvin's memory will be held on Thursday, December 19th, 2024, at the Louisville Senior Civic Center in Louisville, NE, from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.
