Mary L. Klein was born August 11, 1923, in Auburn, NE, to Harry & Laura Allen. She passed away at Bryan LGH East Hospital, in Lincoln, NE at the age of 88 years, 9 months, and 19 days.

Mary worked at the Canning Factory in Nebraska City until her marriage on June 25, 1952, to John Klein, in Nebraska City, Nebraska, and to this union they raised 3 children Lennis, Dale, and Ruth. Her work and joys were being a farm wife, Homemaker and Mom, she loved fishing, hunting Morel Mushrooms, and was a Rock Hound

Mary is survived by her daughter Ruth & Dale Miller, sons Lennis Klein, Dale Klein, grandson Jeremy & Nicki Klein, great grandchildren Reagan and Jamisen Klein, brother harry Allen, along with numerous nieces, nephews, and their children.

Mary is preceded in Death by her husband John, great grandson Owen Klein, sister Doris Cole, and son-in-law Woody Moore.

Funeral Service will be Monday, June 4, 2012 at 10:30 A.M. at Hope Lutheran Church, Burr, Nebraska, with burial at Hope Lutheran Cemetery, Burr, Nebraska. Family suggests memorials to Douglas Fire & Rescue or Hope Lutheran Church.

Visitation will be Sunday, June 3, 2012, from 9:00 A.M. till 9:00 P.M., with her family greeting friends from 1:00 P.M. until 2:00 P.M., and the casket will be opened one hour before services at the Church.
