May V. Lamb, 95 of Unadilla passed away on Tuesday May 17, 2016 at the Syracuse Good Samaritan Center. She was born on July 12, 1920 to Herbert & Blanche (Klinefelter) Thomson in Stettler, Alberta Canada.

May married the love of her life Dale P. Lamb on October 9, 1940 in Palmyra and to this union they had 2 daughters: Janet and Deana. She gave up her Canadian citizenship at the age of 21. May was very active in the United Methodist Women's group and Family Continuing Education.

May is survived by her Daughters: Janet Twohig, of Unadilla, NE and Deana Lamb, of Sacramento, CA; Grandchildren: Angelique Twohig, Gabrielle Twohig, Noah (Heidi) Twohig all of Lincoln, Graham Snyder of Berkley, CA; Great Grandchildren: Korben Twohig-Taylor, Alexander Estelle, Sophia, Liam and Finley May Twohig all of Lincoln; also many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband: Dale, and all her siblings and in-laws who she loved very much.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, May 21st at 10:30 A.M. at the Unadilla United Methodist Church. Burial will be at Rosewood Cemetery in Palmyra.

The family will greet friends on Thursday May 19 from 7-8 P.M. at the funeral home in Syracuse.

Memorial are suggested to the Unadilla United Methodist Church or Unadilla Fire and Rescue.
