Michael "Mike" J. Schwaller was born April 13, 1960, in Winner, SD to Joseph B. and Cecilia H. (Schmitz) Schwaller and passed away August 16, 2022, in Elmwood, NE.

Mike grew up in South Dakota and graduated from Gregory High School in 1978. He had two children Joshua and Savannah.  He lived in Elmwood, NE and worked for Elmwood Meat Plant for 28 years. Mike enjoyed traveling and Husker games.

Mike is survived by his son, Joshua Schwaller of Elmwood, NE and his daughter, Savannah Schwaller ofBismark, ND; sisters, Linda (Marvin) Sharkey of Brandon, SD, Betty (Craig) Hegge of Mitchel, SD, sister-in-law, Rosemary Schwaller of Crooks, SD, and brother-in-law Dennis Arnold of Watertown, SD.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brother John and infant brother Danny; and sisters, Judy Geaghan, and Debbie Arnold.

There will be a visitation Saturday, August 20th 9:00 AM until 12:00 PM at the funeral home in Elmwood.

Memorials are suggested to the family for future designation.
