Minnie M. Anderson, 81 of Syracuse passed away July 12, 2014 in Syracuse, NE. She was born on Sept. 14, 1932 in Pierce, NE to John E. & Cora Isabelle (Ross) Benning.
Minnie worked at Platte River State Park, Tabitha, as a cook at Pete's Café and also at the Good Samaritan Society in Syracuse. She married Ray G. Anderson on November 1, 1953 in Randolph, NE. She enjoyed making homemade angel food cake and watching western movies.
She is survived by her children: Maggie Sahs, Andi Mather, Bert & Pat Boyle, Connie Randle-Hall, Rusty & Julie Anderson, Jane Anderson, Rex Anderson, Sally Anderson, Terry Anderson, Katie Anderson & special friend Bill Breazile, Peggy Anderson & Stewart Heard, Kelly Anderson, Jesse Anderson & special friend Lorna Patterson,

Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, July 15, 2014 at 10:00 A.M. at First Lutheran Church (North Branch), with burial at First Lutheran Cemetery (North Branch).
Visitation will be Monday from 1-9 P.M. with family greeting friends from 5-7 P.M. at the funeral home in Syracuse.
