Obituary
Nelda "Sue" Gartner, age 70 of Syracuse, NE passed away August 21, 2014 at the Syracuse Good Samaritan Center.
Sue was born on October 14, 1943 to Ed & Thelma Williams in Hot Springs, Arkansas. She married Lyle Gartner on September 12, 1969.
Sue raised 6 children. She loved music and loved to dance.
She is survived by her husband: Lyle Gartner; Her 6 children: Sandra (Victor) Deras of Grand Island; Linda (Scott) Halvorsen of Dunbar; Jeff Wyatt of Lincoln; Dan (Lori) Wyatt of Lincoln; Bonnie (David) Carlson of Syracuse and Troy Gartner of Unadilla; 17 Grandchildren and 17 Great-Grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Memorial Services will be held on Tuesday August 26 at 11 A.M. at the Unadilla United Methodist Church in Unadilla.
In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to the National Alzheimer's Assoc.
