Noel E. Kemper Sr. was born on January 12, 1941, in Lincoln, NE to Ernest & Jennie (Snoke) Kemper. He passed away on May 17, 2011 at his daughter's home in Bennet, at the age of 70 years, 4 months, and 5 days.

Noel married Clara Mae Dunlap on April 15, 1961 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Walton, NE. To this union they raised 3 children Tammy, Noel Jr., and Debbie. He worked in Union Construction and as a farmer. He was involved in the carpenters union, and enjoyed fishing, hunting and being with his grandchildren.

He is survived by his Wife: Clara Mae Kemper Daughter & Son-in-law: Tammy and Rick Whitson, Son: Noel Kemper Jr., Daughter: Debbie Kemper, 6 Grandchildren, 5 Great-Grandchildren, Also many nieces and nephews

He was preceded in death by his Parents Ernest Carl Kemper & Jennie Marie Snoke Kemper, Brother: Donald W. Kemper

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday May 28 at 2:00 P.M. at the Fusselman-Allen-Harvey Funeral Home Chapel in Syracuse.
