Born in Lincoln, attended school in Waverly, NE. Married Cathy in October of 1972 and moved to Eagle where they lived for 27 years and raised their 2 children. Pat worked for the railroad for 25 years and played many roles in his community where he served on the town board, cemetery board, volunteered on the fire and rescue squad, and coached girls softball. Pat volunteered for the American red Cross where he worked as a rescue worker for Husker football games. He taught CPR classes.
Pat and Cathy then moved to the Rapid City area where they have lived for the past 20 years. Pat worked for the railroad, hospital, and Lincare while living in South Dakota.
Pat was a very kind hearted man and would do anything for anyone that needed help. He always put others needs before his own. He was a big jokester and always had people laughing and smiling. He was a very loving husband and father he always put his family first and would do anything for them. He was a good Christian and attended church regularly, He had a great relationship with God. Loved his Huskers!
