Paul E. Reinke, 87 of Ashland passed away on Monday, August 15, 2016 at the Louisville Care Center. He was born on June 30, 1929 to Paul & Carrie (Theiman) Reinke in South Bend, NE.

Paul graduated from Murdock High School in 1947. He married Norma Jean (Jeanie) Schick on August 2, 1952 at the Elmwood Methodist Church. Paul devoted his life to his family, church and farming where he raised livestock and crops. He was also involved with the community as he served on the Murdock School Board & Farmers Co-op board. He held several positions at Trinity Lutheran Church at Murdock.

Paul is survived by his Wife: Jeanie; Son: Randy (Gretchen) Reinke of Elmwood; Daughter: Rhonda (Steve) Bors of Lincoln; Grandchildren: Eric & Kailyn Bors of Lincoln, Anna Reinke of Elmwood.

He was preceded in death by his Parents and infant twin brothers.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday August 18 at 10:30 A.M. at Trinity Lutheran Church near Murdock. Burial will be at the Trinity Lutheran Cemetery.

Visitation with Family greeting friends will be held on Wednesday August 17 from 4 P.M. until 8 P.M. at Fusselman Allen Harvey Funeral Home 113 West "D" Street, Elmwood.

Memorials are suggested to the Trinity Lutheran Church – Murdock.
