Ralph Frederick Arett
April 24, 1957 – March 10, 2021

Ralph was born in Omaha, Nebraska to Richard and Tracy (Theresa) Arett. He grew up actively engaged in the Boy Scouts where he learned his love for the outdoors and camping and eventually became an Eagle Scout in 1973. He was confirmed at the Methodist Church in Wayne, Nebraska and later converted to Lutheran when living in Lincoln. He graduated from Fremont High School and went on to attend the University of Nebraska-Lincoln where he studied agriculture and was a part of the AGR Fraternity.

He married Pam (Kemper) in 1980 and were married for 40 years. They would raise two wonderful children, Jeff and Lori, in Palmyra, Nebraska, and be blessed with two marvelous grandchildren, Sawyer and Gracie.

Ralph worked at Midwest Farmers Cooperative for 39 years before retiring in 2019. He also volunteered on the fire and rescue for close to 25 years.

He enjoyed camping, fishing, watching sports and spending time with his family and friends.

He is survived by his wife Pam (Palmyra), son Jeff and daughter-in-law Kelly Arett (Waverly), daughter Lori and son-in-law Seth Yant (Lincoln), grandchildren Sawyer Yant and Gracie Arett, and numerous friends. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, parents, in-laws, sister-in-law, and several aunts and uncles.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established to the family's choice.

Memorial services will be held on Wednesday, March 17th at 11:00 A.M. at the Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church in Palmyra. Masks are recommended. The service will be Livestreamed on the Fusselman Facebook page.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 16th from 9 A.M. until 9 P.M. with family greeting friends from 4-8 P.M. at the funeral home in Syracuse.
