Ramona N. Beckman 85, Lincoln, formerly of Burr, died Tuesday, September 25, 2007, at Villa Manor, Lincoln. She was born September 19, 1922 in Nebraska City to Albert and Rachel Botkin Walch. Ramona married Norman M. Beckman July 28, 1941 in Elkhorn. She was a homemaker and enjoyed watching Nebraska football, basketball and volleyball on TV.

Survivors: sons, Dennis and Linda Beckman, Millard, Roger and Nancy Beckman, Fremont; daughter Naomi Kilpatrick and special friend, Susan Taylor, Kansas City, Mo.; six grandchildren.

Preceded in death by parents, two infant children, husband.

Graveside services: 9:30 a.m. Saturday, September 29, Helena Cemetery, rural Cook.

Funeral services, 10:30 a.m. Saturday, September 29, Hope Lutheran Church, Burr, the Rev. William Dressen and the Rev. Myron Meyer officiating.

Visitation: 2 - 9 p.m. Thursday, September 27, and 9 a.m. - 9 p.m. Friday, September 28, with the family receiving friends and family from 6:30 - 8 p.m., Fusselman-Wymore Funeral Home Chapel, Syracuse.
