Ray John Doeden was born June 3, 1943, in Table Rock, Nebraska, to Emil Walter & Ruth Rose (Powell)Doeden. He passed away March 3, 2011, at his home.


Ray married Maryellen M. Beethe of Elk Creek, NE. Ray worked in his Construction company, was a Bar Owner, and a Farmhand. He loved Golf, Hunting, Ultra-light, Planes, Bowling, Softball, Gold Prospecting, "Big Time" Tractor Pulling, and countless other hobbies.


Ray is survived By his Son Matthew R. Doeden and wife Suzie of Omaha, NE, Grandson Wyatt R. Doeden of Omaha, NE, Brothers Robert (Barney) and wife Cheryl Doeden of Syracuse, NE, Wayne and wife Sharlene Doeden of Yucaipa, CA, Charles and wife Cynthia Doeden of Valley, NE, and Dale and wife Lavinia of Cook, NE, Sisters: Arlene and husband Paul Ramp of Friend, NE, Karen and husband Craig Spracklin of Valley, NE, Dianne and husband Tim Kemp of Hills, IA, also many nieces, nephews and friends.


Ray is preceded in Death by his Parents, Wife Maryellen, and Son Mitchell R.

Funeral Service will be Monday March 7, 2011 at 10:30 A.M., Luther Memorial Lutheran Church, 1162 Mohawk, Syracuse, Nebraska, with burial at Park Hill Cemetery
