Obituary
Raymond H. Mohlman, 98 of Wahoo, passed away on March 2, 2015 at the Saunders Medical Center in Wahoo. He was born to Fredrick & Ida (Lemke) Mohlman on May 14, 1916.
Raymond was raised on a farm in the Syracuse/Unadilla area. He married Sarolta A. Ross on November 25, 1938 in Bennet, NE. Raymond worked as a mechanic and welder in several fields including for Douglas Aircraft and Ditch Witch Tractor. He loved motorcycles especially Indians and Harleys. He was a trained Indian motorcycle mechanic and also owned Hurlbut motorcycle shop.
Raymond is survived by his Daughters: Marcella (Robert) McKinney, Mary Ellen (Joel) Gustafson, Dixie (Jim) VanderWeerd, Sons: Arnold (Tami) Mohlman, Danny (Lydia) Mohlman, 12 Grandchildren, numerous Great Grandchildren, Brother: Richard (Mavis) Mohlman, also many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his Parents, Wife Sarolta, Siblings: Ruth Campbell, Shirley Newell, Ellen Rhoten, Ed Mohlman.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday March 7th at 10:30 A.M. at the Fusselman-Allen-Harvey Funeral Chapel in Syracuse, NE. Burial will be at Unadilla cemetery.
Memorials are suggested to the Families Choice.
Visitation will be held 1 hour before the start of the service at the funeral home.
