Robert L. Christensen died on June 29, 2020 at Bellevue Medical Center, Bellevue, Nebraska. He had been recently staying with his daughter Connie (Larry) Read, of South Bend, Nebraska.  He was born on September 28, 1930 in Omaha, Nebraska to parents - Fred and Margaret (Loveliss) Christensen.  He married Doris Williams on September 4th, 1947. Robert served his country in the Air Force.  His service included missions both here and abroad (United Kingdom) from 1947-1949 serving 2 years, 2 months and 17 days.  Most of his working years, he spent as a cowboy with the last 15 years as a CNA.  He loved to fish, hunt and camp.

Robert is survived by daughters Connie (Larry) Read, and Liz (Ron) Gabbert, son-in-law Roger Williams, 18 grandchildren, 48 great grandchildren and 29 great-great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife Doris, daughter- Roxie Williams and two sons- Fred Christensen and Rob Christensen, Jr.

He will be buried at Mountain View Cemetery on July 18 at 11:00 AM in Idaho next to his wife.
