Roger J. Williams, 73 of Cook, passed away on April 9, 2025, at home. He was born on April 8, 1952, in Omaha.

Roger proudly served in the United States Marine Corps, receiving an honorable discharge. On August 6, 1977, he married Peggy Synder in Omaha.

Throughout his career, Roger worked as a truck driver for several companies. He enjoyed bowling in leagues in both Omaha and Syracuse and was an avid NASCAR fan. Above all, Roger loved life—especially the many gatherings he shared with family and friends.

He is survived by his wife Peggy, children Dusty Williams, Crystal Williams & Brian Lugenbil; also many nieces, nephews and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, Roger C. Williams, and brothers Bob Williams & Daniel Williams.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.

Memorials are suggested to the family for later designation.
