Ronald Theodore Isaacs was born on October 30, 1945 in Lincoln, Nebraska to George and Elsie (Wilson). He died at his home on Sunday, April 10, 2016 at the age of 70 years, 5 months, and 11 days.

He married Maryanna Turner on November 12, 1967 in Pomona, California. Together they raised four sons - Derrick, Chris, Shawn, and Jason. Ron worked as a Millworker at ADM in Lincoln, Nebraska. He served his country being in the Navy at Vietnam for three tours. Ron loved to hunt, fish, read Louis Lamoure books, watch Tom Sellek western movies, follow high school sports, and especially enjoyed spending time with his wife Maryanna.

He is survived by his brothers and sisters; Doris Dixon, Florence Isaacs, Shirley Dixon, Don (Elain) Isaacs, Jeanie Isaacs, Leonard (Sharon Isaacs, Sandy Aden, Judy (Fred) Merriman, and Charlotte Isaacs, children: Derrick (fiancée Amy Rockenbach), Chris (Mary), Shawn, and Jason, 6 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, along with many other special friends.

Funeral service will be Thursday, April 14, 2016 at 2:00 P.M. at Fusselman Allen Harvey Funeral Chapel, 644 Park Street, Syracuse, Nebraska, with burial at Unadilla Cemetery, Unadilla, Nebraska. Family suggest memorials to the family. Visitation will be Wednesday from 1-9 pm with family present from 7-9 pm at the Funeral Home.

Dr. Tim Johnson will be officiating the service.
Pallbearers include Gabriel Isaacs, Dawn Plympton, Brandon Isaacs, Noah Isaacs, Evan Isaacs and Charlotte Flynn.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Bruce Messenger, Chris Isaacs Jr, Seth Flynn, Danny Flynn, and Brandon Flynn

Burial will be at Unadilla Cemetery.
