Ruby L. Buchholz, 90 of Palmyra, passed away July 9, 2018 in Syracuse. She was born to Charley & Vera (Curtis) Wachter on August 15, 1927 in Palmyra, NE.

Ruby married William F. Buchholz on April 28, 1949 in Syracuse. She worked on the farm with William. She raised a big garden and did a lot of canning. She enjoyed her flowers, music and could play the harmonica and piano by ear.

She is survived by her Daughters: Opal (Gary) McConnell of Palmyra, Christina Kinell of Eagle & fiancé Dan Reel of Lincoln; 5 Grandchildren; 12 Great Grandchildren; 5 Great Great Grandchildren; Sisters: Viola Wachter of Syracuse, Norma Jean Boettcher of Unadilla; Brother: Donald (Carol) Wachter of Lincoln and Sister-in-law: Alma Schroder of Lincoln.

She was preceded in death by her Parents, Husband, Sister: Dorothy Wachter and Infant Brother.

Memorial services will be held Monday, July 16 at 11:00 A.M. at Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church in Palmyra. Burial will be at the Unadilla cemetery.

Memorials are suggested to the family's choice.
