Russell D. Snyder age 87 of Syracuse, passed away Jan. 12, 2013 in Syracuse. He was born Jan. 11, 1926 to John & Ceola (Lewis) Snyder. A devoted husband and father, former Farmer and John Deere Implement Dealer in Syracuse.

Survived by wife of 66 years, Gladys Snyder, Syracuse; sons, Dan & Kay Snyder, Omaha, Ken & Jan Snyder, Omaha, Mike & Kristi Snyder, Ogallala, Bill Snyder, Omaha. 12 Grandchildren, 15 Great Grandchildren, Sister-in-law, Wilma Snyder, Liberty, Also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.

Preceded in death by parents, brothers, Melvin & Ena Snyder, Leonard Snyder, Sister, Mabel Trauernicht and brother-in-law, Logan Emerson.

Funeral Services will be Wednesday, Jan. 16th at 11:00 A.M. at Luther Memorial Lutheran Church, Syracuse with burial in Park Hill Cemetery.

Visitation will be Tuesday, Jan 15th from 9 AM until 9 PM at the Funeral Home.
