Ruth A. Thoren, age 80 of Weepin Water, Nebraska was born on March 11, 1927 in Union, Nebraska. She passed away on Thursday, May 24, 2007 at her home in Weeping Water, Nebraska.
She is survived by her Daughter Charlene Walters, Weeping Water, NE, Son Wayne and Carol Thoren, Bloomington, IN grandchildren Kristin and Dale Brand, of Maj. Devin and Kristal Walters, , Kyle and Kim Thoren, , Christine and Matthew Chrispen, great grandchildren Bailey Brand, Logan Thoren, Nick Thoren, Hunter Walters.
She was preceded in death by her Parents, Husband Francis, son-in-law Donovan Walters, brother Paul, sisters Hattie, Opal, and Ella.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, May 26, 2007 @ 10:00 A.M. at First Lutheran Church, (North Branch), Avoca, NE
with Rev. James Lindburg officiating.
She will be buried in Oakwood Cemetery in Weeping Water, NE
Visitation: 12 noon until 9 P.M. family will greet friends from 6 until 8 P.M. at the funeral home, and the casket will be open one hour before services at the church.
