Sherrall J. Phillips, 71 of Elmwood, passed away on Sunday, August 16, 2020 in Lincoln. She was born on March 17, 1949 to John & Mabel Kirchhoff in Lincoln.

Sherrall married James Phillips on November 2, 1968 at the First Lutheran Church (North Branch). She worked for Ameritas and Nationwide in Lincoln for many years. After retirement she was a volunteer at the Louisville Assisted Living Center. She also enjoyed her flowers, playing pinochle and watching her kids and grandchildren at sporting events.

She is survived by her Husband: James of Elmwood; Daughters: Teresa (Ronnie) Fox of Lincoln, Angie Rieckman of Lincoln, Christina (Donald) Dissmeyer of Lincoln; Grandchildren: Connor Fox, Macy Fox, Hailey Rieckman, Skyler Rieckman, Taylor Rieckman, Mylee Kammin, Devyn Dissmeyer, Carly Dissmeyer; Sister: Berdena Snyder.

She was preceded in death by her Parents and Sister: Marge Bauers.

Public funeral services will be held on Thursday, August 20 at 1 P.M. at the Fusselman-Allen-Harvey Funeral Chapel 113 W. 'D' St. Elmwood.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 19 from 1 P.M. until 9 P.M. with family greeting friends from 6-8 P.M. at the funeral home.

Memorials are suggested to the Elmwood Rescue Squad or First Lutheran Church (North Branch).
