Sherry L. Nannen, 79 of Blair, passed away July 24, 2018 at the Methodist Hospital in Omaha. She was born to August & Irene (Sugden) Engelbrecht on August 3, 1938 in Syracuse.

Sherry married Dick Nannen on November 12, 1956 at St. John's UCC in Syracuse. She worked as a Medical Transcriptionist in Scottsbluff, Blair and Omaha. She was a member of the Blair United Methodist Church and Eastern Star. Sherry was an avid reader and enjoyed attending her children and grandchildren's sporting events.

She is survived by her Husband: Dick Nannen of Blair; Daughter: Marcia (Bob) Haynes of Doniphan, NE; Son: David (Karin) Nannen of Blair; 6 Grandchildren; 13 Great Grandchildren; Sisters: Liz (Dan) Gellerman, Jackie Durst, Linda (Tim) Umhsler; also many nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her Parents and Son: Jeff Nannen.

Memorial services will be held on Saturday, July 28, 2018 at 11 A.M. at St. John's United Church of Christ in Syracuse.

Memorials are suggested to the family for later designation.
