Stanley H. Post, 57, of Syracuse, Nebraska, passed away March 10, 2017. Stan was born on June 25, 1959, to Harold & Bonnie (Keller) Post.

Stan graduated from Syracuse High School in 1977. On April 23, 1983, he married Linda Grotrian in Johnson, Nebraska. Stan worked at Ash Grove Cement Company for 37 years, where his role evolved from draftsman to Plant Engineer. He was involved with the Boy Scouts and Luther Memorial Lutheran Church. Favorite pastimes include wood working, farming, auctions and most of all spending time with his family.

He is survived by his wife: Linda; sons: Ryan (Ann), Adam (Emily), Eric (Sarah); grandchildren: Audrey & Ethan; parents: Harold & Bonnie; siblings: Vickie (Doug) Keiser, Rod (Christy) Post, Chris (Robin) Post; as well as numerous extended family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents: August & Viola Keller, Carl & Ella Post.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, March 14, 2017, at 10:30 A.M. at Luther Memorial Lutheran Church in Syracuse, Nebraska.

Visitation will be held on Monday, March 13, from 9 A.M. until 4 P.M. at the funeral home, then from 5 P.M. until 9 P.M. at the church. Family will be greeting visitors from 6-8 P.M. at the church.

Memorials may be made to the family's choice.
