Terrance G. "Terry" Nye age 55 of Omaha, Nebraska passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 14, 2021 at his home in Omaha, Nebraska.  He was born on August 4, 1966 in San Antonio, Texas to George and Arlene (Bradtke) Nye.

Terry married Julie Cramer on April 6, 2002 in Omaha, Nebraska.  He worked for a variety of companies over the years as a security guard and manager. Terry had a great sense of humor and loved joking and spending time with his friends and family. He loved animals and sharing cute or funny pictures of them.  He also enjoyed fishing, cooking, trying new restaurants, technology and traveling to new places.

He is survived by his wife, Julie Nye of Omaha, NE, mother, Arlene Sutherland of Omaha, NE, siblings, Michael (Rebekah) Nye of Springfield, SD, David (Carol) Nye of Omaha, NE, Sandra Nye (Joseph Uhl) of Omaha, NE, William Nye of Omaha, NE, parent-in-laws, Douglas & Phyllis Cramer of Cedar Rapids, IA, brother-in-law, Mark (Elizabeth) Cramer of South St. Paul, MN, sister-in-law, Jennifer (Kevin) Reilly of Mechanicsville, IA.  He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Terry was preceded in death by his father George Nye and nephew Justin Uhl.

Visitation will be Friday, August 20, 2021 from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM.   Family will be present from 6:00PM to 8:00PM at Fusselman-Allen-Harvey Funeral Home, 413 Elm Street, Louisville, NE 68037

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, August 21, 2021 at 1:00 pm at:  Lifegate Church-Midtown,  726 South 55th Street,  Omaha, NE 68106.

Memorials may be directed to the Madonna Foundation (Madonna Rehabilitation Hospital) or Boys Town National Research Hospital.
