Terry F. Price 67 of Ashland, NE passed away April 28, 2013 at Bergan Mercy Hospital - Omaha, NE. He was born October 25, 1945 in Omaha, NE to Francis R. & Margaret (Leesley) Price.

Terry served in the U.S. Army. Terry then worked for Avaya until his retirement. On August 29, 2009 he married Vicki L. Koterzina Miner at Immanuel Lutheran Church. They made their home in Ashland on the lake which he enjoyed very much. Terry enjoyed spending time with his family and kept busy after retirement by becoming an avid QVC shopper and being the family jokester. He was a member of the Ashland American Legion Post #129.

He is survived by his wife: Vicki Price of Ashland, NE; daughter: Teri Price and special friend Scott Knipp of Omaha, NE; step-children: Don & Tandra Miner of Granger, IA, Joni Langfeldt & special friend Scott Price of Elmwood, NE; step-grandchildren: Alyssa & Tori Lentz, Mackenzie Miner, Nick & Nolan Langfeldt, Taylor Knipp; sisters: Janet Alley of Gretna, NE, Marla & Mark Zimmerman of Springfield, NE. and his beloved companion Maggie Mae.

Terry was preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, May 2, 2013 at 10:30 A.M. at Immanuel Lutheran Church rural Louisville, NE with Rev. Jon Solberger officiating.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 1, 2013 from 9 A.M. until 9 P.M. with family receiving friends from 6 P.M. until 8 P.M. at the funeral home.

Burial will be at Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery.
