Victor Scott Smith was born October 3, 1969, in Austin, Texas, to Roland Gene and Lois (Meyer) Smith. Scott died at University of Nebraska Medical Center Saturday morning at the age of 46 years, 11 months, and 14 days.

Scott married Tiffany Esser in 1998 and to this union they raised two children Lacy and Jacob. He worked for Hardee's in Texas, Meyers Body Shop in Syracuse, Nebraska, Popcorn Factory in Hamburg, Iowa, and 12 years with the Bagel Factory, in Nebraska City, Nebraska. He loved listening to music, hosting Bible study at his home, and being with family, on outings, or get together like Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Scott is survived by his wife Tiffany of Syracuse, NE, children Lacy and Jacob, his mother Lois and step-dad John Groathouse of Otoe, NE, brother Kenneth of Syracuse, NE, along with aunts, uncles, nephews, and cousins also many friends.

Scott was preceded in Death by his father Gene Smith and both sets of grandparents.

Funeral Services will be Wednesday, September 21, 2016 at 2:00 P.M. at the Fusselman Allen Harvey Funeral Chapel, 644 Park Street, Syracuse, Nebraska, with burial at the Otoe Cemetery, Otoe, Nebraska.

Memorials are suggested to the Family.

Visitation will be Tuesday from 1:00 until 9:00 with family greeting friends from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M. all at the funeral home.
