Funeral Services for Walter Fleischman, 86, of Elmwood, Nebraska will be Tuesday, December 20, 2011 at 10:30 A.M. at St. Paul United Methodist Church – Elmwood, NE. Burial will be at the Elmwood Cemetery. VISITATION: Monday, December 19th from 1:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. with family greeting friends from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Family Suggests Memorials To: Family for future designation in the Elmwood Community.

Walter was a Farmer. He served his Country during World War II with the U.S. Army of Occupation (Japan) He belonged to the St. Paul United Methodist Church of Elmwood, NE; American Legion Post #247, Elmwood Cemetery Board, Sexton, Past member of the Elmwood Co-op Board. He enjoyed going for rides and playing with his grandchildren.
